Terms and Conditions

Races are not exclusive. Smaller groups will be combined.
Have a coupon? Coupon races are available only on weekdays with limited capacity. Call ahead for availability. Groups without reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Subject to rules and terms and may change at any time.

• The entire group must arrive on time as instructed by your confirmation email or there may be delays.
• ONLINE BOOKINGS are NON-REFUNDABLE – Store Credit Only….however, the full value of the reservation may be applied to a future visit or reservation as long as the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the arrival time of the original booking. Any unused portion of the purchase will be credited to the Sykart account of the person that booked the reservation.
• No PASSENGER races are available online. Passenger karts MUST be on PRO TRACK only, 18+ with ID for the driver, 5 years old for passenger. Please call the facility to check 2-seater availability after booking your racing.
• All drivers must wear appropriate shoes. We do not allow any form of sandals, high heels, or open toed shoes on track whatsoever.
• ALL Drivers must be age 15 with permit or 16 with ID to race on the PRO adult track. (unless the driver has taken our driving school)
• ALL Drivers must be age 8 years old and 50″ tall for ROOKIE karts. ROOKIE karts are on our ROOKIE Track. A legal guardian signature is required.
• Attendees who appear intoxicated or impaired will not be allowed to drive. Please race responsibly!
• Individuals who have permanent or temporary disabilities that could pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in connection with their operation of Sykart’s go-karts will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  Sykart reserves the right to refuse to allow individuals who pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others to use Sykart’s facility and services. Individuals with such disabilities are encouraged to contact Sykart before making a reservation to discuss an evaluation to their ability to operate Sykart’s go-karts without posing a direct threat to others. Sykart wants everyone to have the go-kart racing experience and offers a 2-seater go-kart for use by individuals who are unable to operate go-karts safely on their own.
• Every reservation includes helmets and helmet liners! However, if you want to bring in your own helmets please know that we have a couple of requirements:
  • Helmets must be a motor sports helmet. We do not allow bicycle, skiing/snowboarding, or any other non-motor sports style helmet.
  • Helmets must be full face. No skull cap, no open faced, no modular (the front face portion flips up) helmets are allowed.
