The Track Marshall conducts races, keeps karts and facility maintained, and esures customer satisfaction. This is a position that requires customer service and attention to detail. You’ll be required to:

• Be a self-starter
• Work well in a team dynamic that has early and later shifts.
• Communicate clear instructions to customers both verbally and non-verbally.
• Use rules to help teach and educate drivers

Current hours are 30-40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, Wednesday to Sunday.
